The Japanese art rock band was compared to Velvet Undergroud at the end of the 1960s. In the haze of avant-garde and radical left-wing politics, they played wild live shows from 1967 onwards, visually accompanied by lots of strobe light and mirror balls. Feedback and noise elements were no longer the focus, however, when original band member Wakabayashi was involved in a plane hijacking (!) planned by the Japanese Red Army. In 1996, there were comeback shows after 30 years. Now two LPs of the band are released again as limited versions in coloured vinyl. Blind Baby Has It's Mother's Eyes' comes as a single LP, hand-numbered and on blue vinyl!
